Unable to Log In to Blackboard

Issue

After logging into MyGRCC I am unable to access Blackboard

 

Environment

  • Web Browser
  • Blackboard
  • MyGRCC

 

Cause Check

  • You are a current or recently admitted GRCC student, faculty, or staff member.
  • You have Declared an Academic Program.
  • If you are a retuning student you are signed up for classes. 

 

Resolution

If student is currently enrolled

  • Clear Cookies and Cache.
  • Try a different browser or device.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Blackboard app from phone (if applicable).

If student is not currently enrolled

  • Click the Online Center tile.
    • Click on Academic Records.
    • Select Declare and Academic Program from the left-hand menu.
    • Fill out the form.
  • OR
    • Click on Online Center.
    • Select Add or Drop a class and sign up for a course.
