Access your Student Email on a Cell Phone

How do I access my student email on my phone?

Information

Each device has a different email and experience. Your device instructions may vary from the instructions found in this article.

Resolution

iOS 

1. Go to your Settings App
2. Scroll down and select Passwords and Accounts
3. Select Add Account
4. Select Google, enter Student E-mail Address (firstnamelastname@email.grcc.edu)
5. Select next, and then enter your Password,
   • Note: This password is the same as your MyGRCC password.

Android

Gmail

1. Open your Gmail app
2. Click on profile icon or photo
3. Select Add another account
4. Open your preferred email app (Google, Outlook, Yahoo, Exchange, Etc.) and sign in to that account
5. If prompted, select Google or Gmail for account type
6. Enter your student email address (firstnamelastname@email.grcc.edu)
7. Enter your Password,
   • Note: This password is the same as your MyGRCC password.
