Information

Your GRCC email address is a Google account, similar to a personal Google account. That means you can add it to your personal device using the same steps you'd use to add any Google account. While the setup process is generally consistent, the experience may vary slightly depending on your device type or operating system version. Always refer to your device's instructions if something looks different from the steps provided here.

iOS 

Apple Mail app

1. Go to your Settings app.
2. Scroll down and select Mail.
3. Select Accounts.
4. Select Add Account.
5. Select Google, enter Student E-mail Address (firstnamelastname@email.grcc.edu).
6. Select next, and then enter your Password.
   • Note: This password is the same as your MyGRCC password.
      

Gmail app

1. Open your Gmail app
2. Click on profile icon or photo
3. Select Add another account
4. Open your preferred email app (Google, Outlook, Yahoo, Exchange, Etc.) and sign in to that account
5. If prompted, select Google or Gmail for account type
6. Enter your student email address (firstnamelastname@email.grcc.edu)
7. Enter your Password,
   • Note: This password is the same as your MyGRCC password.

Android

1. Open your Gmail app.

1. Navigate to your device settings
2. Locate the accounts section
3. Add a new account
4. Select Google for the account type
5. Enter your GRCC email address (you will be redirected to the MyGRCC sign-in portal)
6. Enter your username and password and select Sign In
7. Enter your one time passcode, select Remember this device? and Sign In
