Your GRCC email address is a Google account, similar to a personal Google account. That means you can add it to your personal device using the same steps you'd use to add any Google account. While the setup process is generally consistent, the experience may vary slightly depending on your device type or operating system version. iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Apple Mail App

1. Go to your Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Apps.
3. Scroll down alphabetically and tap Mail.
4. Tap Mail Accounts.
5. Tap Add Account.
6. Tap Google, then enter your GRCC Email Address (username@email.grcc.edu or username@grcc.edu).
7. Tap Next, and then enter your Password.
   • Note: This password is the same as your MyGRCC password.

Gmail App

1. Open your Gmail app.
2. Tap on your profile icon or photo in the top right.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Select Google for the account type.
5. If prompted with "Gmail Wants to Use 'google.com' to Sign In," tap Continue.
6. Enter your GRCC email address (username@email.grcc.edu or username@grcc.edu).
7. Enter your Password.
   • Note: This password is the same as your MyGRCC password.

Android

Gmail App

1. Open your Gmail app.
2. Tap on your profile icon or photo in the top right.
3. Select Add another account.
4. Select Google for the account type.
5. Enter your GRCC email address (username@email.grcc.edu or username@grcc.edu).

Other Environments

1. Navigate to your device Settings.
2. Locate the Accounts section.
3. Select Add a new account.
4. Select Google for the account type.
5. Enter your GRCC email address (you will be redirected to the MyGRCC sign-in portal).
6. Enter your username and password and select Sign In.
7. Enter your one-time passcode, select Remember this device? and Sign In.
