Issue
A student is unable to view posts from other students in a Blackboard Discussion Board, even though the entry page indicates that there are unread posts. When the student enters the discussion board, no posts are displayed.
Environment
Resolution
- Navigate to the Discussion Board in the course.
- Click on the discussion Forum.
- Click Display in the upper right.
- Choose Show All.
Additional Information
If the posts are still not displayed, try clearing your web browser's cookies and cache and/or try another web browser. If issues persist, it may be that nobody in the course has made a post yet. You could try making post to see if it displays properly. Additionally, you may need to contact your instructor.
