Unable to access the Academic Requirements Report

Issue

Student is unable to access the Academic Progress tile inside of their online center
Customer needs to access Academic Progress Report in order to submit a Financial Aid appeal, but is getting various not available messages in the Academic Progress tile.
Student is receiving "The Academic Requirements report is not available" error message

The academic progress report should become available once the current semester starts.  

Resolution

Troubleshooting

• Clear Cookies and Cache
• Try on Separate browser
• Verify that the student is degree seeking

Work Around - Pull a What-If report

1. Click on the Academic Progress tile (it says that it is not available, but do not worry about that)
2. Click on the View What-if Report
3. Click Create New Report
4. Update drop downs as desired
5. Click Submit
