Information

During Message Menu - When listening to a message:

  • Press 1 to start a message over.
  • Press 2 to save a message.
  • Press 3 to delete a message.
  • Press 4 to slow down a message.
  • Press 6 to speed up a message.
  • Press 7 to back up.
  • Press 8 to pause a message.
  • Press 9 to skip forward.

 

After Message Menu - After listening to a message:

  • Press 1 to replay message.
  • Press 2 to save message.
  • Press 3 to delete message.
  • Press 4 to reply to a message.
  • Press 5 to forward the message.
  • Press 6 to save as a new message.
  • Press 7 to rewind a message.

 

Setup Options - When in your voicemail menu:

  • Press 4 for setup options.

 

Alternate Greetings:

  • Press 4 for setup options.
  • Select 1 for Greetings.
  • Press 3 to edit other greetings.
  • Press 3 to edit your alternate greeting (Choose 1 to re-record your greeting, Press 2 to use the system greeting).
  • To turn on your alternate greeting, press 2.
  • To set an end date press 1.
