Issue
I am unable to log into MyGRCC while using an Apple Device.
I'm not getting an Error message, the MyGRCC page just reloads.

- Safari Browser
- Apple Devices

We have noticed inconsistencies in using the Safari browser. Try one of the following resolutions
Note: If using an iPad or iPhone, using any browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) is still using the safari program with a different skin and will encounter the same issues.
Resolution
- Update the OS on your device to the most recent version.
- Use another browser.
- Enable Cross-site tracking and Third-party cookies.
- Clear Cookies and Cache.
- If the device is already running the latest software or is too old to get updates, updating won’t fix the problem—you’ll need to use a different device instead.
