Unable to log into MyGRCC using Apple Devices

Issue

I am unable to log into MyGRCC while using an Apple Device.
I'm not getting an Error message, the MyGRCC page just reloads.

 

Environment

  • MyGRCC
  • Safari Browser
  • Apple Devices

 

Information

We have noticed inconsistencies in using the Safari browser. Try one of the following resolutions

 

Resolution

  • Update the OS on your device to the most recent version. 
  • Use another browser.
  • Enable Cross-site tracking and Third-party cookies.
  • Clear Cookies and Cache.
  • If the device is already running the latest software or is too old to get updates, updating won’t fix the problem—you’ll need to use a different device instead.
