Issue
I am unable to login to MyGRCC while using an Apple Device.
I'm not getting an Error message, the MyGRCC page just reloads.
Environment
- MyGRCC
- Safari Browser
- Apple Devices
Information
We have noticed inconsistencies in using the Safari browser. Try one of the following resolutions
If using an iPad or iPhone using any browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) is still using the safari program with a different skin and will encounter the same issues.
Resolution
- Update the iOS on your device to the most recent version.
- Use another browser
- If the device is out of date, updating the OS may not resolve the issue and a different device must be used.
