Print Dialog Window not Opening when Clicking Print

Issue

When clicking Print on any document from any program, the print settings window does not open.

Environment

• Microsoft Windows 10
• Konica Minolta Printers
• PaperCut

Resolution

In order for the print settings window to open, a default printer must be set. For instructions on setting a default printer in Windows, see the Setting a Default Printer article.
