How do I access my student email address?

Information
- Student email addresses are automatically created for active students.
- Your student email account uses your MyGRCC Login credentials,
- Same login you will use for Blackboard, Campus Computers, and Wireless.
- If you do not know your username or password, Navigate to the GRCC Password Reset System to use the Forgot Password / Forgot Username options. If you did not set up your password recovery information then give IT Services a call at 616-234-4357.
Note: Do not tie your student email to important accounts as you will lose access to the account after leaving GRCC. Traditional students will lose access 2 years and 60 days after completing their last course. Guest and Dual Enrolled students lose access 60 days after completing their last course.

Complete Email Address
Your full email address will be MyGRCCUserName@email.grcc.edu
Log into Student Email
- Navigate to email.grcc.edu
- You will be redirected to MyGRCC to login
- Enter your MyGRCC username
- Enter Password
- Click Login
- Complete the Multi-factor authentication process
Once you have completed your Multi-factor authentication, you will automatically be redirected to your student email account.
Reset Password
Note: The Gmail Password Reset tool will not work for your GRCC email.
