Updating Password with Password Self Service

Question

My password is expired and I need to update it.
I would like to update my password.

Environment

• Password Reset Tool
• MyGRCC

Information

If you do not know your username or password follow the Username/Password Recovery Instructions

Process

1. Go to MyGRCC
2. Sign in using current Credentials
3. Click  drop down arrow in upper right next to your username
4. Click Edit Profile
5. Click Change your password now
6. Enter current password
7. Enter new password
   1. Passwords must contain the following:
      • 10 characters
      • At least 1 uppercase letter
      • At least 1 lowercase letter
      • At least 1 number.
8. Re-enter new password
9. Click Continue
