How do I access my student email address?

Information
- Every active student automatically gets a student email address.
- You’ll use the same login information for your student email that you use for MyGRCC, Blackboard, campus computers, and Wi-Fi.
- If you don't know your username or password, go to the GRCC Password Reset System and use the "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username" options. If you haven't set up your password recovery information, call IT Services at 616-234-4357.
Note: Don't connect your student email to important accounts because you will lose access after leaving GRCC. Regular students lose access 2 years and 60 days after finishing their last class. Guest and Dual Enrolled students lose access 60 days after finishing their last class.

Complete Email Address
Your full email address will be MyGRCCUserName@email.grcc.edu
Log into Student Email
- Navigate to email.grcc.edu
- You will be redirected to MyGRCC to login
- Enter your MyGRCC username
- Enter Password
- Click Login
- Complete the Multi-factor authentication process
Once you have completed your Multi-factor authentication, you will automatically be redirected to your student email account.
Reset Password
Note: The Gmail Password Reset tool will not work for your GRCC email.
