This guide helps you understand how to manage calls, set up forwarding, view call history, make conference calls, use the directory, and handle Do Not Disturb settings on your phone.

Process
Make a Call
Answer a Call
- Calls can be answered by:
- Picking up the handset
- Pressing the speaker button
- Pressing the Answer softkey when the call arrives
Call Forwarding
- Press the Menu key
- Use the arrow keys to select Features,
- Use the arrow keys to select Call Forward.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Always Forward: Forwards all calls
- Busy Forward: Forwards if the line is busy
- No Answer Forward: Forwards if the call is not answered
- Press the Right Arrow to turn on call forwarding.
- Scroll down to Forward to and enter the destination number.
- Click Save.
- To turn off forwarding, go to Menu, Features, Call Forward, highlight the option to turn off, and press Switch. You can also use Switch to turn it back on if a destination has already been provided.
Call History
- Press the History button.
- Press the Option key on an individual entry to:
- Add it to contacts
- Add it to the block list
- Get more details
- Delete the entire call history
Conference Call
- Press the More (…) key while on a call.
- Press Conf.
- Dial the number or look up a number in the directory and dial it.
- Press More… and Conf again.
- To remove a party from the call, press Split.
Directory
- Press Dir.
- Select LDAP Directory.
- Enter one or more letters to search the directory. This will return only users within the Zoom system and not users still on the Cisco system.
Do Not Disturb (DND)
- Press the DND button. A red circle with a line through it will appear in the upper-right corner of the phone.
- Press DND again to turn it off.
Hold/Resume
- Hold: Press the Hold key to put the call on hold.
- Resume: Press the Resume key to take the caller off hold.

Transfer
- Attended Transfer:
- Press Trans and select Transfer Call.
- Enter the destination and press Call.
- When ready, press Trans again to complete the transfer.
- Blind Transfer:
- Press Trans, enter the destination, and press BTrans.
- Transfer to Voicemail:
- Press Transfer and select Transfer to Voicemail.
- Enter the extension and press OK.
