Setting Up Zoom Voicemail on a Yealink Phone

Information

In most cases, voicemail is transcribed and delivered to your e-mail address.

Voicemail access through the phone interface is only available from the phone itself. You cannot check messages from off-campus.

Voicemail cannot be forwarded through the phone interface. To forward a voicemail, check your email for the message and forward it using the email system.

Process

  • To Access Voicemail:

    1. Press the Messages button on your phone.
    2. Enter your PIN followed by the # sign
      • Your PIN can be found in one of two places
        • If you've never set up your PIN, login to zoom.us and look under Profile -> Phone.  Verify your time zone and enter your PIN here, then click Setup.
        • If you already have a PIN (either one you set up or a random one that was assigned to you), login to zoom.us and look under Profile -> Phone-> PIN Code near the bottom of the page.)
  • Listening to Messages:

    1. After logging in, select Option 1 to listen to your messages.
  • Updating Your Greeting:

    1. To update your greeting, log in to voicemail and select Option 2.
    2. You can also update your greeting through the Zoom website.
  • Managing Messages:

    • Press 2 to save the message.
    • Press 3 to delete the message.
    • Press 4 to replay the message.
    • Press 5 at any time to skip to the next message
