Issue
Instructors are not receiving email confirmations after sending emails or posting announcements in a specific course.

Note: This is a known issue that Blackboard Support plans to address in a future release. If an instructor is sending an email, the instructor must have the Send an email copy to recipients check box selected to receive a copy of the email.
Verify Email Delivery Settings
- Log in to Blackboard.
- Select your name from the navigation menu on the left.
- Select Email Notifications under the Global Notifications Settings section.
- Change the radio dial to Email me right away.
- Select Save.
