How do I view known issues with Blackboard?

Answer

Known issues that have been identified by GRCC's IT Blackboard Administers are posted on the Institution Page of Blackboard.  To access this page, reference the following instructions below.

  1. Log in to Blackboard.
  2. From the navigation menu to the left, click Institution Page at the top.
  3. All known issues will be posted in the Service Status section of the page.
