When attempting to take a test in Blackboard that requires Respondus LockDown Browser, I receive a notification to enter a passphrase (password).

If you try to access the test outside of Respondus LockDown Browser, you will be prompted to enter a passphrase (password). To avoid this, make sure that LockDown Browser is installed and running on your computer before you attempt to access the test. Do not ask your instructor for the password.
