Changing Primary Email Address in Blackboard

Question

An employee who is taking classes at GRCC would like their student email to be the primary email account in Blackboard. 

 

Environment

  • Blackboard 

 

Resolution

Blackboard automatically pulls in the employee email by default. 

Submit a ticket to the IT Support Desk to have your student email address set as the primary email address in Blackboard.
