Keyboard Not Working
Issue
The keyboard on a workstation is not performing properly.
Environment
Classroom Technology
Faculty/Staff Workstation
Lab Workstation
Resolution
Check the keyboard cable, ensure that it is plugged into the computer
If the cable is plugged in, unplug it, plug it back in after a few seconds.
If the computer is plugged into a dock, unplug the dock and plug it back in after a few seconds.
If that does not work, plug it into a different port, wait a few seconds.
Reboot the computer
If you have tried all of these steps and the keyboard is still not working, please contact the IT Support Desk at -4357
