Issue
Dell laptops that are connected to a docking station are doing one of the following:
	- Not charging the laptop.
 
	- Not displaying an image on the external monitor.
 
	- Indicating that the power being supplied is insufficient for the device.
 
	- Having USB Port issues
 
	- Office monitor flickering
 
 
Environment
	- Dell laptops
 
	- Dell docking stations 
 
 
Resolution
	- Unplug the USB-C docking station connector cable from laptop. 
 
	- Unplug the power from the back of the docking station. (This is the round cord all the way to the left.)
	
	
 
	- Reattach the power cable to the docking station. 
 
	- Reattach the USB-C docking station cable to the laptop.
