Issue
The keyboard on a workstation is not performing properly.
Environment
- Classroom Technology
- Faculty/Staff Workstation
- Lab Workstation
Resolution
- Check the keyboard cable, ensure that it is plugged into the computer
- If the cable is plugged in, unplug it, plug it back in after a few seconds.
- If the computer is plugged into a dock, unplug the dock and plug it back in after a few seconds.
- If that does not work, plug it into a different port, wait a few seconds.
- Reboot the computer
