Issue
The keyboard on a workstation is not performing properly.
Environment
- Classroom Technology
- Faculty/Staff Workstation
- Lab Workstation
Resolution
- Check the keyboard cable and ensure it is plugged into the computer.
- Unplug the cable, then plug it back in after a few seconds. If using a dock, unplug the dock and plug it back in.
- Try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port.
- Reboot the computer.
