Logging in to GRCC WiFi

Question

How do I connect to the wireless network (WiFi) at GRCC as a GRCC Student or Staff Member?

Information

• GRCC Wireless will require you to log on every time you come to campus or change buildings within campus.
• GRCC Secure will remember your device every time you come to campus .
• Eduroam provides network connectivity to GRCC guests from participating Eduroam campuses
• Note: If you are dual enrolled at Ferris and GRCC - Ferris wireless access is administered through Ferris. Students should contact them directly in Room 180 of the ATC or call (616) 451-4777.

Instructions

1. Locate the Network Connection  icon
   • Windows 10: This will be located in the bottom right, next to the clock
   • Mac OS: This will be located in the top right, next to the clock
2. Choose GRCC Wireless or GRCC Secure 
3. Click Connect
   1. GRCC Secure will prompt you to enter your credentials within a system window
   2. GRCC Wireless will open a browser window before asking for credentials
      • Note: You may need to open up your web browser and navigate to https://guest.grcc.edu/login.html to get the log in page
   3. Eduroam will prompt you to enter your credentials within a system window
4. Enter your MyGRCC login credentials
5. Click Connect
