Information
This guide explains how to install the GlobalProtect Portal (VPN) software on a GRCC-owned computer. This software is required to access secure campus resources (such as internal drives and specialized software) while working from home.
Note: Most GRCC laptops already have this software pre-installed. These steps are intended for users who cannot find the application on their device.
Requirement: You must be physically connected to the GRCC Campus Network (Ethernet or GRCC Secure Wi-Fi) to access the Software Center and download this installer.
Environment
- Campus Network (On-campus connection required for install)

- The installation may take up to 10 minutes to complete.
- If prompted, please restart your computer to finalize the installation.
