Changing Default Multi-Factor Delivery Method for Authenticating into MyGRCC

Question

How do I change my default Multi-Factor delivery method for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) into the MyGRCC portal?

 

Environment

  • MyGRCC Portal

 

Information

The default MFA method is to send a verification code to the personal email address we have on file.

 

Resolution

  1. Log into the MyGRCC Portal
  2. Click your username in the upper right
  3. Click Edit Profile
  4. Select Multi-Factor Delivery Methods
  5. Select Change next to your desired environment (Website Login, VPN/RADIUS, or Password Reset.)
    1. The VPN/Radius option is also being used for VMware
  6. Choose desired method from OTP Method drop down menu
  7. Click Continue
