Unable to load Aleks Placement Test

Issue

A student it attempting to take the ALEKS Placement Test but it is failing to load.

Resolution

This could be an issue with the page itself. See ALEKS Math Placement button not opening test (opens in a new window) for more information and instructions.

If following the steps from the above article do not help solve the problem, contact the enrollment center at 616-234-3300. and ask to speak to Jason Schueller who is the GRCC ALEKS liaison. A new ALEKS key needs to be generated.
