Answer
Faculty and Staff can print from a personal device while on campus using PaperCut Mobility Print. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Instructions
Step 1
Note: Your device's WiFi must be turned on and connected to either GRCC Wireless or GRCC Secure.
Note: Installation of the PaperCut Mobility Print application is only required on Microsoft Windows, Android, and Chrome OS. Both macOS and iOS use AirPrint, which does not require any installation.
Note: Expired passwords will not be accepted, if you are experiencing issues logging into PaperCut Mobility, please
update your password.
Installation Required
Microsoft Windows
- Launch your preferred web browser.
- Navigate to the setup page PaperCut Mobility for a Windows device.
- Select Click this link to download the PaperCut Mobility Print installer.
- Click the install file located in the bottom left corner of the web browser window and click Run when the download has completed.
- Your device may ask to allow mobility print to make changes to your device, Click Yes.
- On the License Agreement screen, select I accept the agreement: then click Next.
- Select a printer to add.

Choose GRCC_StaffDept-Color or GRCC_StaffDept-Gray when charging to a shared department account.

Choose GRCC-PersonalPrinting-Color or GRCC-PersonalPrinting-Gray when charging a personal account.

You may add all four printers listed if you anticipate needing to print from multiple printers.
- Enter your MyGRCC Username and Password; then click Next.
- Click Finish to exit the Printer Setup Wizard.
- Choose the desired document to print.
- From the print preview window, make sure the correct GRCC network printers are shown from the printer drop-down list. Adjust print specifications as necessary.
- Click Print.
- Proceed to Step 2.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Install the Mobility Print app for PaperCut.
- Launch the Mobility Print app and tap ANDROID SETTINGS.
- Select Mobility Print from the Printing Services window.
- Toggle the button in the upper right corner to enable the mobility service.
- Open an app you want to print from.
- Select the Share option within the app and then tap the Print option.
- If the Share or Print options are not visible, check the help section of the app. Not all apps support Mobility Print.
- Within the print preview window, tap the default printer in the upper left corner. It may be set to Save as PDF.
- Tap the down arrow on the print preview window to adjust print specifications as necessary.
- Tap
- Enter your MyGRCC Username and Password; then tap Print.
- Proceed to Step 2.
Chrome OS
- Launch Google Chrome and navigate to the Chrome Web Store.
- Search for Mobility Print and click ADD TO CHROME.
- The Mobility Print app should now be visible on your Apps homepage in Google Chrome.
- Open the content you want to print.
- Within the print preview window, click default printer in the upper left corner. It may be set to Save as PDF.
- Adjust print specifications as necessary.
- Click Print.
- Enter your MyGRCC Username and Password in the PaperCut notification window; then click Print.
- Proceed to Step 2.
No Installation Required
macOS
- Click in the upper left corner and choose System Preferences. (macOS Ventura calls it System Settings)
- Click Printers and Scanners.
- Click the icon under the Printers List. (macOS Ventura has Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax button)
- The Add dialog box is displayed. It shows a list of all the discoverable printers on the network.
- Select a printer to add from the list. Verify that Bonjour is listed next to each printer under the Kind column.
- At the bottom of the dialog box, check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
- If Secure AirPrint is not displayed:
- Close the Add dialog box.
- Disconnect from the network then reconnect to it again.
- Verify that Secure AirPrint is showing.
- Click Add.
- Choose the desired document to print.
- Within the print dialog box, verify that the printer you have added in step 4 is listed for the Printer . If not, repeat the steps above.
- Adjust printer specifications as necessary and click Print.
- Enter your MyGRCC Username and Password; then click OK.
- Proceed to Step 2.
iOS
- Open an app you want to print from.
- Select the Share option within the app and then tap the Print option.
- If the Share or Print options are not visible, check the help section of the app. Not all apps support AirPrint.
- Within Printer Options tap Select Printer.
- Enter your MyGRCC Username and Password; then tap OK.
- Tap Option to adjust print specifications as necessary.
- Tap Print in the upper-right corner
- Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2
Note: If you are logged in and near a GRCC device while printing from a personal device, you will receive a PaperCut print notification to accept charges from the GRCC device. You may accept charges from the print notifications screen on the GRCC device or accept the charges at the printer.
Retrieving the print jobs
- Go to your nearest Konica Minolta Printer.
- Tap or swipe your RaiderCard on the printer.
- Look for the card tap sign located on the printer.
- If this is the first time you are using your RaiderCard on a Konica Minolta printer, it will ask you to associate it with an account.
- Enter your MyGRCC Username and Password to associate it with your card.
- Alternatively, you can log in using the touch screen and entering your MyGRCC Username and Password
- Select the job to be printed.
- Tap the Print option in the lower right.
- Accepting charges will depend on which printer you selected to print from.
- If you selected the GRCC-PersonalPrinting-Color or GRCC-PersonalPrinting-Gray, your personal PaperCut account will automatically be charged.
- If you selected GRCC_StaffDept-Color or GRCC_StaffDept-Gray you will be prompted to choose either your personal or shared department account.
- From here, you can:
- Print all of your jobs by selecting the Print All button
- View details of a job by selecting the job.
- Print a single job by selecting it and tapping the Print button.
- Return to the previous menu using the Home button.
- View other printer options using the Device Functions button.
- When you are finished using the printer, be sure to tap the Log Out button in the top right.
- Alternatively, you can press the physical Access key indicated by an open door icon.
