A student would like to request a paper copy of their official transcript.
A student would like to have a transcript sent to an address other than their own address on file.
Environment
Instructions
- Log into the MyGRCC.
- Click Online Center.
- Click Academic Records.
- Click Official Transcript-Mailed.
- Under the Report Type drop-down menu, select either Official Credit/Degree or Official Workforce Training.
- Select Grand Rapids Community College from the drop-down menu, if applicable.
- Expand Select Destination, if needed. By default, the Send To My Address option is on.
- If you would like to send to a different address, toggle this item off.
- Enter the Name of the location in the Send To box.
- Click Edit Address to enter the address for delivery.
- Click Save.
- Expand Select Delivery Method, if needed. Enter a quantity.
- Note: There is a limit of 5 transcripts per request.
- Transcripts sent via mail can take 3-5 business days for delivery.
- There is no charge for this service.
- Once you have the information entered, click Submit at the top right.
