Requesting an Official Paper Transcript to Custom Address

Issue

A student would like to request a paper copy of their official transcript.
A student would like to have a transcript sent to an address other than their own address on file.

 

Environment

  • Online Center
  • MyGRCC

 

Instructions

  1. Log into the MyGRCC.
  2. Click Online Center.
  3. Click Academic Records.
  4. Click Official Transcript-Mailed.
  5. Under the Report Type drop-down menu, select either Official Credit/Degree or Official Workforce Training.
  6. Select Grand Rapids Community College from the drop-down menu, if applicable.
  7. Expand Select Destination, if needed. By default, the Send To My Address option is on.
    1. If you would like to send to a different address, toggle this item off.
    2. Enter the Name of the location in the Send To box.
    3. Click Edit Address to enter the address for delivery.
    4. Click Save.
  8. Expand Select Delivery Method, if needed. Enter a quantity.
    • Note: There is a limit of 5 transcripts per request.
    • Transcripts sent via mail can take 3-5 business days for delivery.
    • There is no charge for this service.
  9. Once you have the information entered, click Submit at the top right.
