Depositing Funds on a RaiderCard

How do I add money to my RaiderCard?

Resolution

Depositing Funds Online

  1. Sign in to the MyGRCC portal
  2. Click the StudentLink app
  3. Click My Account on the left side panel
  4. Click Make a Deposit
  5. Enter the ID Number
  6. Select an Amount to add
  7. Enter an Email address for payment receipt
  8. Click Continue to Payment
  9. Enter all of the information as it appears on the credit card
  10. Click Pay to complete the transaction.

 

Depositing Funds on Campus

Another option is to use the various cash2card machines located on campus:

  • North end of the Student Services area on first floor of RJF near the elevators and main stairwell
  • First floor of the student center, between Student Life and the Bookstore.
  • Library lobby. (**Currently offline due to Learning Resource Center renovation work.**)
  • ATC 2nd floor lobby
  • GR M-TEC lobby.
  • Sneden Cafe
  • Calkins Science Center. next to AI Incubator and across from STEM Dean's Office

The last option is to go to the Student Financials office and make a deposit. You can have money removed from your RaiderCard at the cashier's office as well.
