Email Notification of Declaration of Academic Program

Question

How are new applicants notified of their Declaration of Academic Program change if they do not have a GRCC email?

Answer

Student Records will use the preferred personal email on file to contact the student if no GRCC email is present. Therefore, new students who are still in the applicant stage will be notified via the alternate email on file.
