Resolution

First time use

1. Press the Messages button on your Cisco phone
2. Enter the default password: 12345
3. Follow the prompts to:
   1. Record your name
   2. Change your PIN
   3. Record a personal greeting

Check messages from your Cisco phone

1. Press the Messages button
2. Enter your PIN

Check messages from another Cisco Phone

1. Press the Messages button
2. Press the Asterisk (*) button
3. Enter your extension
4. Enter your PIN

Check messages remotely

1. Dial the voicemail number: (616) 234-3050
2. Enter your extension
3. Enter your PIN

Check messages on campus via web browser
