How do I check my voicemail from my work phone while I'm away from my computer?
Environment
- Cisco Unity
- CISCO Personal Communications Assistant (PCA)
- Web Browser (Not Internet Explorer)
Resolution
Note: This will only work on campus, through VMWare, or while connected to GlobalProtect (VPN)
If your voicemail account is on the Cisco system, you may check your voicemail online by navigating to https://unity.grcc.edu/inbox/
- Navigate to Cisco Unity Web Inbox
- Log in to this system by using your Campus Network Login.
- Click the name in the From field of the message you would like to listen to.
- Click the Play arrow.
