Job Applicant Sign in/Account Creation Password Field Adding Additional Characters

Issue

When an external applicant is signing in or registering for a new account, the password field fills with additional asterisks, which has been confusing candidates as to whether or not their passphrase is being accepted or typed correctly.

Information

This happens after tabbing or clicking out of the password field. It is designed to be a security enhancement so people who may be looking over your shoulder cannot tell how long the passphrase actually is. It does not actually add any additional characters.
