Printer Error when Submitting Timesheet

Issue

When attempting to submit a timesheet/pay book, an error message regarding the printer occurs.

 

Environment

  • Microsoft Windows
  • ImageNow Printer
  • Excel

 

Cause Check

  1. Ensure a Default Printer is set
    1. The default should be a PaperCut/Find_Me printer
  2. Using current/correct timesheet
    • Test a new timesheet
  3. The submit button is only being clicked a single time
    • Double click will result in error
  4. Repair or Reinstall the ImageNow Printer
