Unable to reset password for MyGRCC Portal


I am unable to set up a new passphrase (password) for MyGRCC portal. When I go through First Time User or Forgot Password, an error message is received indicating the I have "not enrolled in Challenge Answers."

This issue typically occurs when you have just been activated by the Enrollment Center. If you are attempting to setup a passphrase shortly after you have been accepted to the college, please allow some time for the account to create. 

  • If you were activated in the morning, try again in the afternoon. 
  • If you were activated in the afternoon, try again in the evening. 
  • If you have waited several hours or more and you are still unable to set a passphrase, contact the IT Support Desk at (616) 234-4357.
