How do I enable Zoom AI Companion in my GRCC Zoom account?

Information

Zoom AI Companion is now available in GRCC Zoom accounts. It’s off by default and must be enabled manually.
It can summarize meetings, highlight action items, create recaps, and help draft messages.
- Users must accept AI Companion before joining meetings that use it.

 

Answer

  1. Sign in at grcc.zoom.us

  2. Go to Settings → AI Companion.

  3. Toggle On desired features.

You’ll now see AI options in Zoom Meetings and Chat.
