Loaner Laptop Availability

Information

Loaner laptops are available to all faculty, adjuncts, staff, contingent employees, and students. Long-term loans require approval. Students may use one of three laptop vending kiosks or through the library. Students needing laptops for any period longer than one day must be approved by a Department Director and an Associate Dean.

Please note:

  • No more than one laptop may be loaned to any individual at any time. This may only be overridden by an IT Services manager. 
  • Employees may not request loaner laptops on behalf of another employee. 
  • Only the requesting employee or student may pick-up a laptop loaner. 
  • Laptops can only be delivered to the requesting employee. 
  • Any long-term loan request must be approved by an IT Services manager
