Viewing and Printing Unofficial Transcript

 

Question

How do I view or print my unofficial transcripts?

Environment

MyGRCC Online Center

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the MyGRCC Portal (opens in a new window)
  2. Log into your account:
    1. Can't login?
      1. First time user account setup (opens in a new window)
      2. Recover an unknown username or password (opens in a new window)
  3. Click the Online Center icon in "My Apps" page.
  4. Click the Academic Records tab.
  5. Click View Unofficial Transcript
  6. Select Unofficial Transcript or Job Training Unofficial Transcript from the Report Type drop-down menu
  7. Click Submit

Information

  • Your unofficial transcript should come up in a new window
    • To view reports, your browser should allow popups and have a PDF viewer
  • If you want to print, press Ctrl + P
