How do I check voicemail?

There are several ways to check voicemail in Zoom Phone

EMail
For individuals, voicemail is transcribed and delivered as an email message. Check your email to check your voicemail.
Zoom Workplace Desktop Application
Click on the Phone section at the top of Zoom Workplace, then click on Voicemail on the left side of the screen.
Desk Phone
Press the Messages (envelope) button on your desk phone. Enter the PIN you set up in Zoom.
If you don't remember your PIN, login to grcc.zoom.us/signin and click on Phone on the left.
Under Settings on the right, scroll down about 2/3 of the way to PIN Code and click "Show or Edit" next to it.
Zoom Mobile App
Click on the Phone tab on the bottom and the click the Voicemail tab on the top.
