Zoom Workspace: Manage Your Voicemail PIN

To access my voicemail, what would I enter in the "PIN" field?

Answer

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to Zoom.us (opens in a new window).
  2. Log in using your GRCC credentials (Sign in with Google/SSO).
  3. Once logged in, locate the Phone tab on the left-hand menu.
  4. Scroll down to find the section labeled PIN Code.
  5. You will see an option to Show or Edit the PIN code.
    • If you click Show, your current PIN will be revealed.
    • If you click Edit, you can set a new voicemail PIN.
