1. Open a web browser and navigate to Zoom.us.
2. Log in using your GRCC credentials.
3. Once logged in, locate the "Phone" tab on the left-hand menu.
4. Scroll down to find the section labeled "PIN Code."
5. You will see an option to "Show" or "Edit" the PIN code.

• If you click "Edit," you can set or update your voicemail PIN.
