Set Zoom Business Hours

Information

Business Hours can be set in order to route calls to different locations based on the time the call is received.

 

Environment

  • Zoom Phones

 

Process

  1. Launch preferred browser
  2. Navigate to https://zoom.us
  3. Log in using Google or MyGRCC login credentials
  4. Click My Account
  5. Click Phone from left side menu
  6. Click Settings tab
  7. Scroll down to Business Hours
  8. Click Edit 
  9. Choose dates and times for business hours
  10. Click OK

Determine what happens during off hours

  1. Scroll down to Closed Hours
  2. Select what to do when busy on another call and when call is not answered
