Steps:
Who can view conversations:

  • Sign in to Google Groups and select your group.
  • Go to Group settings > Permissions.
  • Under Who can view conversations, select Group members.

Allow Email Posting:

  • In the same Permissions section, ensure Allow Email Posting is checked to allow members to reply from their email clients.

Post replies to:

  • Still in the Permissions section, set Post replies to Group to ensure all replies are contained within the group.

These steps ensure that emails sent from the group come from the group's email address, and replies are directed to the group instead of individual members.
