When making calls from Cisco to Zoom, you may continue to use the 4 digit extension. Through the magic of technology, we will convert the call to an external call sent to Zoom.

When making a call from Zoom to Cisco, use the full 10-digit phone number.

If your department is about to move to Zoom Phone, your extension may appear in both systems, allowing Zoom users to call you in Zoom and leave you messages. If that happens, you will get an email notification with the text of the message.
