Class Assignments not Appearing in Blackboard

Issue

A student is unable to see assignments in Blackboard.
OR
A student can see assignments, but are told they did not have appropriate permissions to access.

  • Blackboard

 

Information

Blackboard Admins (including Support Desk) can verify that the content is in the folders but are unable to update permissions on behalf of the instructor.

 

Resolution

Talk with professor to make sure proper permissions are granted.
