Issue
A student is unable to see assignments in Canvas.
OR
A student can see assignments, but are told they did not have appropriate permissions to access.
Environment
Information
Canvas Administrators (including IT Support) can verify whether content is present and viewable in the folders but are unable to update permissions on behalf of the instructor.
Resolution
Communicate with the instructor to make sure proper permissions are granted.
