Self-Reporting Professional Development Hours

Question

How do I self-report my Professional Development hours? 

 

Environment

  • PeopleSoft
    • Online Center

 

Answer

  1. Log in to the Online Center.
  2. Click Student Home Page from the top left of the screen.
    • If the page is already on Employee Self Service, proceed to step 4.
  3. Choose Employee Self-Service
  4. Click the Professional Development tile. 
  5. On the left side menu, click Training Summary.
  6. At the top, click Add Professional Training
  7. Click the Add Professional Training Course button.
  8. On the Professional Training Detail page, fill in the following information
    • Course Name: Enter the name of the session you attended.
    • Course Start Date: Enter the date you attended.
    • Staff External Course Code
      • Click and choose from the list of descriptions that best match the session you attended.
    • Enter the number of professional development hours. 
  9. Click Save.
