LockDown Browser on iPad: How to Allow Students to Take Tests

Question

How can I allow iPads to be used for a test that requires Respondus LockDown Browser?

• Blackboard
• Respondus 
  • LockDown Browser
• Apple
  • iPadOS

Answer

1. Navigate to the desired course.
2. Click Course Tools under Course Management menu. 
3. Select Responds LockDown Browser (Dashboard).
4. Click next to the test name. 
5. Click Settings.
6. Click Advanced Settings. 
7. Click the option to  Allow students to take this exam with an iPad (using the "LockDown Browser" app from the Apple App Store). 
8. Click Save + Close
