LockDown Browser on iPad: How to Allow Students to Take Tests

This article provides instructions for allowing students to use their iPad for a test that requires LockDown Browser in Blackboard.

Answer

1. Navigate to the desired course.
2. Click Course Tools under Course Management menu. 
3. Select Responds LockDown Browser (Dashboard).
4. Click next to the test name. 
5. Click Settings.
6. Click Advanced Settings. 
7. Click the option to  Allow students to take this exam with an iPad (using the "LockDown Browser" app from the Apple App Store). 
8. Click Save + Close
