Issue
A user is trying to pay their tuition through the Online Center. After successfully logging in they click on the pay bill tile only to get an error.

Information
Troubleshooting that occurred with User: Waited a minute or so and then refreshed the web page, cleared cookies and cache, tried additional browsers, verified account wasn't locked and passphrase (password) valid.
Resolution
Verify the date and time on the computer are correct.
