eDocs Login Error. Unable to login. Contact your administrator.(Unauthorized Access)

Issue

With an upgrade to Perceptive Content, users may get an error when logging in to eDocs. 

 

Environment

  • eDocs

 

Resolution

  1. Check for Updates in Google Chrome
    1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    2. At the top right, click More .
    3. Click Help and About Google Chrome.
    4. Click Update Google Chrome.
      1. Important: If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version and can move on to Step 2
    5. Click Relaunch.
  2. Clear cookies and cache
