With an upgrade to Perceptive Content, users may get an error when logging in to eDocs.
Environment
Resolution
- Check for Updates in Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click Help and About Google Chrome.
- Click Update Google Chrome.
- Important: If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version and can move on to Step 2
- Click Relaunch.
- Clear cookies and cache
